What and why I'm taking now

Vitamin B3 as: nicotinamide 2 g, nicotinamide riboside 250 mg (thinking of increasing dose), nicotinic acid 1 g (as niaspan). Taken together, these are about 200 times higher than the RDA for B3(recommended dietary allowance per day). Reason(s): NAD deficiency, both in nuclei and mitochondria, is central to the pathology of ALS. I am very stable and feeling fine. Clinical research, reported in the Guardian and on BBC recently reported that a pilot clinical trial for Alzheimer's using 2 g nicotinamide halted the progression (Cambride, UK, thus strenghtening my resolve that I am on the right track. These high doses are completely non-toxic
