What and why I'm taking now

Vitamin B3 as: nicotinamide 2 g, nicotinamide riboside 250 mg (thinking of increasing dose), nicotinic acid 1 g (as niaspan). Taken together, these are about 200 times higher than the RDA for B3(recommended dietary allowance per day). Reason(s): NAD deficiency, both in nuclei and mitochondria, is central to the pathology of ALS. I am very stable and feeling fine.
